Terms and Conditions:
Membership will automatically renew on a year to year basis unless stated in writing that you wish to cancel your membership. By submitting this form you are authorizing Westchester Helps Dine to charge your credit card for $32 ($25 introductory fee plus tax, shipping and handeling). The designated credit card will be charged 90 days prior to inception for the subsequent year at regular price, that subsequent year's card will be mailed out to you upon renewal.
